I had a vision of helping people manage their pain and recover from injuries without relying on medication.

Hi, my name is Emma,

I founded Lincs Injury Clinic back in 2010, whilst finishing my studies at University.

At Lincs Injury Clinic, we use a combination of traditional and advanced methods to provide evidence-based treatments that are tailored to each individual.

 

These include: Sports Massage, Various manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and programming as well as 121 coaching.

Our goal is to help our clients return to their favourite activities and sports, while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

When you come to our clinic, we’ll take the time to understand your unique health patterns and specific needs, as well as your long-term goals.

This way, we can create a personalised treatment plan that’s just right for you.
