How to Reschedule / Cancel?
All appointments are Non-refundable, but we can reschedule the appointment or pass it on as a gift voucher.
The cancellation policy is 48hours before your appointment otherwise full payment will be taken.

Will I Need To Join A Gym Or Buy Some Equipment To Do My Exercises?
No, While access to a gym can be beneficial we can give you exercises that match with what you have available to you at home….even if that is tins of beans.

We share the same unit as LN CrossFit opposite YES Electrical, just off Sadler Road.

Is There Parking?
There is plenty of parking outside the building. Sometimes this maybe FULL when classes are on.
You may park on the side street or anywhere else on the unit’s estate after 6pm.

What Should I Wear For A Sports Massage?
Loose comfortable clothing, you may be asked to remove some clothing, this is always optional, we have changing rooms and you will always be covered up.
