Emma has been involved within the Fitness Industry since 2007. She has over 10 years working experience surrounding within Sports, Gym, Fitness and Leisure Centres with various different roles, including: Sports & Injury Therapist, Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor, Group Exercise Instructor including: Step, HIIT, Kettlebells, Spin and Abs, GP Referral Instructor and Centre Management.
Emma has completed a Degree in Sports Therapy, Health and Active Lifestyles; KINESIS functional movement, Level 4 Neurological Functional Rehabilitation & Exercise Instructor, Functional Strength and Conditioning, and ARKE balance and movement. Her most recent qualification is with the Running School as a Functional Biomechanics of Running Coach.
She is also a qualified in a wide range of personal training and fitness qualifications: Sports & Remedial Massage, Rock Blades (IASTM), Dry Cupping (Western Practise), Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, GP Referral Exercise Instructor, Nutrition for Weight Management, Boxercise, Exercise to Music Instructor, Chair Based Exercise, Swiss ball Exercises, Foam Rolling, Circuit Training and St John’s First Aid
