Emma is very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a hands on treatment for my shoulder yesterday and for the first time in a long time I’ve woken up today feeling some relief! I’ve been given some exercises which I will be doing daily and will definitely book in for another sports massage!

Return Sports Massage after many months due to the current situation. Emma has up to date protocol in place with regards CV19 and very informative information on what is expected from both client and provider when booking.

Having sorted out my calf pains which I was more concerned about, she then found the real problem, my back. The knots and tension seemed to everywhere, and it quickly became evident to me why I won't leave it so long between treatment next time.

Its been a few days now since the massage and I still feel a lot more flexible and less tense. Emma is the ultimate professional, customer focused and an all round ambassador for her profession.

I am a regular runner and have built upto marathon distance (and a little beyond) in recent weeks and sessions with Emma have been invaluable.

I have had a couple of minor niggly hip and feet injuries which Emma was able to explain the reason for this and gave me exercises to help prevention.
