We have Re-launched from LINCS Strength and Conditioning to

'RUN STRONG - Lincoln'  starting again in September

These Sessions will be ran in Blocks and will be a mixture between:

6 weeks - Running Specific Sessions : Running Specific Weight Sessions  

With 

Optional live Zoom / Recordings to keep you all engaged.
