'RUN Strong & Speedy- Lincoln' started again Wednesday 29th September
The Sessions are ran in 8 week Blocks:
18:30-19:15 - Strength Class weights based circuit class
19:15 - 20:00 - Speedwork Class with a large technique focus
With Optional live Zoom / Recordings to keep you all engaged.
