Go through Video analysis together in slow motion this will include:

Foot Landing, Knee position, Posture, alignment, Stride Length, Head positioning

 

Retraining (25 MINS)

Depending on the feedback; strength and conditioning exercise maybe given prior to running technique alterations, drills and practises
