Video recording with specific movement (5mins)
Analysis with Coaches Eye Software (20 MINS)
Go through Video analysis together in slow motion this will include:
Talking over technique, angle positioning, coaching, mobility vs technique vs experience
Retraining (50 MINS)
Depending on the feedback; strength and conditioning exercise maybe given prior to specific technique alterations if there is an injury surrounding the movement.
Hands on treatment / mobility session is then completed
A Handwritten programme will be given with you specific exercises / tools to get you to move within a better range and improve your movement
